高清数字图像分割器,广泛应用到会议室指挥系统、安防监控系统、数字化城市系统、调动管理系统等各个场所。为确保设备可靠使用及人员的安全,在安装、使用和维护时,请遵守以下事项:

   在使用本机前,必须阅读并理解所有使用指示。

   系统必须有完善的接地,否则,不仅造成讯号干扰,不稳定或机械损坏,而且还可能因漏电引起人身事故;请使用标准的三线电源插座,其地线接地电阻应小于1Ω。如果您不能确定使用电源的类型,请与经销店或当地的电力部门联系。

   不要用任何物品压迫或缠绕电源线。破损的电源线会导致触电或引起火灾。

第1章 产品说明

 

第2章 硬件安装连接

分割器安装与使用一般流程如2.1所示。在设备连接好之后,通电即可正常运行,以下介绍如何实现分割器的电源、通信接口与信号线连接。

2.1分割器使用流程

2.1       电源连接

使用国标电源线连接到分割器的电源接口。

 

2.2       通信接口连接

分割器提供以太网与RS-232两种连接方式,网络接口以及RS32输入端口(母头)。另外提供RS232输出端口(公头)。

 

2.2.1   以太网连接

使用标准的网线通过网络接口连接到交换机(路由器)中,此时网络口的信号灯会亮起;同时保证运行控制软件的设备(电脑、平板等)也通过wifi或者网络连接到同一网络。

2.2.2   RS232连接

RS232的输入与输出端口使用的波特率均为9600,使用标准的串口(或者USB转串口)线接入。RS232是标准接口,引脚使用如2.1所示,如需要另外焊接连接线,使用235脚。

把信号源的信号线连接到分割器的输入端口并固定,同时把显示设备(如:液晶拼接屏、LED屏或者投影仪等)的信号线连接到分割器的输出端口并固定

第3章 软件使用

上一章节介绍完分割器的物理连接,以下将介绍如何使用软件以及对分割器进行连接、配置与其它操作。

3.1       Windows软件使用介绍

3.1.1   运行软件

首先,使用压缩工具解压"图像分割器控制系统软件.zip"文件,完成解压后直接“4KQuarSystem.exe”

 


进入软件主界面,如3.2所示,

3.1.2   连接设备

在连接设备之前请先确保本机已经通过RS232串口线或者网线连接到设备或者设备所在网络中。如果确认已连接过分割器,点击“打开连接”即可马上连接设备如3.3所示。

3.1.3   连接设置

如第一次使用,在物理连接没有问题之后进行本机的连接设置,如3.3箭头所示点击“设置”下的“通讯设置”。打开连接设置界面如3.4所示,可以选择以太网或者RS232串口两种连接方式,选择什么方式与现场物理连接决定。

在连接分割器时同时只能使用1种连接方式。通过以太网连接时,需要设定设备的IP地址,设备出厂默认的IP地址是192.168.1.168;如果通过串口连接,使用需要确认串口号并与设备正确连接。

如需要修改设备IP地址,并在下方的IP地址框中输入设备的IP信息,点击“修改IP”,当界面上显示“修改IP成功,重启设备后生效!”表示修改IP成功,设备断电后重新上电,新的IP地址即可生效。

1.   以太网连接

选择“以太网连接”,设备默认的IP地址是192.168.1.168,默认端口号是6800(也可以选择7000)。在上方“IP:”中输入设备的IP地址,点击下方确定可马上连接分割器。

选择“串口”,选择本机串口,波特率默认为9600。完成连接参数设置后,点击确定即可马上连接分割器。

在分割器开窗功能之前需要配置分割的参数,如虚拟的分割排列方式,以及拼矩阵联动设置选择。

3.1.5   信号开窗、编辑与切换

1.   开窗

选择并点击有效信号源,选择要显示的屏幕位置,按住鼠标的左键画框,放开左键后即完成开窗功能,如3.19所示,在开窗位置点击右键菜单“输入位置”,在弹出的对话框中输入开窗的坐标位置,实现准确的开窗控制功能。

2.   开窗编辑与图层操作

在开窗的边缘上使用鼠标拖拽可以实现图层的大小调整,,坐标设置完成后点击“输入位置”即可完成。

在左边信号框中提供了多个开窗与图层的操作,如全屏输入通道,画面等分割显示。

3.   信号源切换

左边信号源窗口提供输入信号的快速切换功能,点全屏输入信号就可以切换。

4.   画面模式快捷调用

可快速调用四宫格,左右两分屏,上下两分屏,左中右三分屏显示。

5.   音频模式选择

可点击对应的按钮来切换音频输出。

6.   场景保存和调用

在设置好窗口界面后,点击场景保存,对场景命名。场景调用可以选保存好的场景进行调用。

7.   场景轮询和轮询设置

进入轮询设置,如下图一。点击场景轮询(图二),场景开始轮询,场景轮询图标变成(图三)所示。

8.   提升位置

操作窗口的的时候可能会导致某些窗口被覆盖,这时候需要用到位置提升,把需要操作的窗口放在顶部。

9.   场景编辑

可对已保存的场景进行重命名编辑

10.           KVM

可切换键鼠控制电脑

11.           分辨率

可切换当前分割器输出的分辨率,本机提供4个分辨率可选,分别是1280*800@601920*1080@60,1920*1200@60,3840*2160@30.

12.           矩阵输入

与矩阵联动,可以直接调取矩阵前端输入源的信号到分割器上显示。

第5章 KVM功能操作

 

操作说明:

1、 鼠标穿越功能

在四宫格模式下,长按*+S键切换到鼠标穿越模式,鼠标可以在4台电脑主机间穿越。鼠标穿越到任何一台电脑后,都可以对该台电脑进行控制,并且键盘跟随切换。

2、键盘切换功能

通过电脑键盘的*加相应按键,可以实现键盘、鼠标的切换,如下:

* + 1:键盘、鼠标切换到USB1电脑;

* + 2:键盘、鼠标切换到USB2电脑;

* + 3:键盘、鼠标切换到USB3电脑;

* + 4:键盘、鼠标切换到USB4电脑;

* + F1:键盘、鼠标切换到USB1电脑;

* + F2:键盘、鼠标切换到USB2电脑;

* + F3:键盘、鼠标切换到USB3电脑;

* + F4:键盘、鼠标切换到USB4电脑;

* + A:鼠标同步功能,即鼠标可以同时在4台电脑上移动;

* + S:鼠标穿越功能,鼠标可以在四分割模式下移动到任一台电脑并操作;

* + F9:鼠标绝对坐标;            

* + F10:鼠标相对坐标;

* + F11KVM复位,如果KVM出现错误或者不能使用,使用此功能进行复。
